Product Consolidation

Metalworking Lubricants Company would use your current products as the operating standard and from that, institute a program of replacing, first the borderline performance products, products requiring excessive maintenance and onto others as the program develops. 

Keeping in mind that the focus would be on working with not only your specifications, but those of the machine tool manufacturer as well. Proposed new products would require a mutual agreement with process and production engineers to be considered. The product would then be submitted to the Hazardous Committee along with the MSDS, Product Data Sheet, container label and other required documentation. 

Proposed alterations to existing products would follow through the same routine. Such items as filtration, pumpability, odor, appearance, skin reaction, all OSHA standards, and air contamination must be considered at the onset. 

Metalworking Lubricants Company personnel would be in attendance during the trials. We would absorb costs involved should the trial fail. Each trial conditions are to be agreed upon prior to the trial run. We want to be involved with the trial procedures in the best interest of the program.
